Our delicious pork, beef and lamb come from grass fed, traditional old British breeds, such as Gloucester Old Spot pigs and Aberdeen Angus beef cattle.

We know our animals have had a great outdoor life and we ensure their progress from farm to table is as stress free as possible. We hang our meat for 3 weeks in the traditional way, which ensures superb texture and flavour.
